The token is valid, but it can’t perform this request.
One of these is usually the cause:
- the token lacks the OAuth scope the endpoint requires
- the integration has no access to the organization in
X-Organization-Id, or the token is bound to a different organization
How to fix
Request a token with the required scope, or ask your Nova admin to grant the access. Don’t retry the same request. A missing-scope403 sent with an Idempotency-Key
is stored, so retry with a new key once the token has the scope.
